I need help. Can someone tell me how refunds work at kohl’s when I get $10 kohl’s cash for $50 spend? THANKS
If you spent the Kohl’s cash, the $10 is deducted from the return. If you didn’t, you should get the full amount.
I usually don’t spend the cash if I got it for something I may return. If it’s spent and you return any portion of your $50 of items, the first $10 is deducted. If you spent $34+$15 on two items, got $10 KC, spent the $10 KC, then returned the $15 item, you’d only get $5 back for it. Sometimes I return without the receipt if I know that’s going to happen. I usually get less than I paid for it and it’s on store credit but at least I’m not getting only $5 for a $15 item.
