The cauliflower crust is so good! 😍 I will have to try the crispy broccoli florets

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for sharing! Hope you love the broccoli too!

  2. Sara

I didn’t like the jackfruit cakes. If something is supposed to be imitating seafood, it should actually remind you of seafood. These cakes didn’t taste, smell, or even feel like crab cakes.

    • Kandyce

I was wondering if the “crab less ” cakes were any good

      • Kitkat

They are really good! If you eat them as just a veggie-cake/burger. It is not supposed to replace seafood.

    • Melissaan

Very interesting that they used jackfruit to make the imitation crab cakes. Actually any fruit used is surprising to me. Btw, if you don’t know what jackfruit is, look it up. It is a fascinating fruit, humongous in size, that grows on trees. I got to see some growing in China. It appears as if it is defying the laws of gravity. Imagine small to medium watermelons hanging from tree branches and you will get the idea.

      • Nita

How interesting. Thanks for sharing that! Will have to check it out.

    • Nicole

I agree! I thought there was something off about them. Definitely won’t buy again

  3. Michelle

Does anyone know if the cauliflower or broccoli pizza crusts are KETO friendly? TIA

  4. Angie

Can you have this crusts on keto?
    Anyone checked?

    • Kendall

Don’t think so….made with corn flour

  5. Stacey

    Definitely some interesting sounding items!

  6. samantha

Woooof, thinking the sweet basil hand soap is sounding more appetizing than some of the actual food products.🤢🤮 although cauliflower crust can make a fancied up pizza into quite a gourmet pizza meal with the right toppings.

  7. Lase

The Antipasto veggies are delicious. Boil pasta, heat up the veggies in a pan with some olive oil, you can add butter, cayenne pepper and mix with pasta. Super easy and yum.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

That does sound good! Thanks for taking a moment to comment, Lase!

  8. Tracey

A couple of new things I’ve tried from there recently: Avocado Tzatziki Dip & Pink Grapefruit Marmalade – both are so yummy. (Not together though, haha!!)

The cauliflower pizza crust has 17g of carbs thanks in part to corn flour, cornstarch, and potato starch. It’s gluten-free, but definitely not low in carbs!

    • Marylynn

Unless you’re going 100% carb free, this carb content isn’t bad.

      • 50ShadesofLipstick

OR unless you’re doing keto (which means <20g of carbs a day, not "100% carb free"). The point was that this has 17g in a *single* serving, which is only 1/6 of the pie….so that would be a lot of carbs for someone on the keto diet. Obviously IIFYM then this doesn't apply to you, but people generally hear "cauliflower crust" and assume that it's very low in carbs so they should definitely be aware of the carb content.

        • Nita

Yes, 50shades, got the point..There are bad carbs and good carbs and most adults are eating this only once in a while and know what they’re getting into when eating.

          • 50ShadesofLipstick

Clearly you didn’t get the point b/c I said nothing about “good” or “bad” carbs…I simply provided the carb count per serving size. I’m fully aware that adults can make their own decisions about what to eat- my comment was directly specifically to ppl eating a keto diet who need to consume less than 20g of carbs per day. If that’s not you, then obviously you don’t need to worry about it lol

I am a trader Joe’s shopper and frankly if they had everything i needed, I would only shop there. Also, if you dont like something, they will take it back. I truly love this store.

    • kerRI

Publix has this same return policy. It certainly is quite a bonus at a store. 👍

  11. Marylynn

Just had the broccoli and kale crust the other day! YUCK about covers it. Stick to the cauliflower, would be my suggestion.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Thanks for the honest comment, Marylynn! Sorry to hear you didn’t care for it!

  12. Carina

The stuffed gnocchi are pretty good as well as the sweet potato ones.
