   After spending an hour picking out shoes, shipping is only free on orders over $99, you need to read the details of the free shipping no promo code needed, very misleading

  Hmm, I still find the shoes above to grab Free Shipping for me as I head to checkout. It does exclude some items. I’m wondering if the shoes you chose may be excluded. If not, maybe try a different browser. Hoping that helps!
