We have the large and small tumblers. They are really good and don’t chip as fast. We have young children and they use them as well.

Anyone know how flexible their price adjustment policy is? Their website states 10 days. I bought these almost 3 weeks ago so about double the time. It’s not a huge amount for one box, but I bought 12 boxes. Wondering if it is a quick/easy phone call that they would do as a courtesy or should I deal with returning and reordering.
