I had a small issue that they responded to quickly, AND put a $10 credit on my account for the trouble. I’ve gotten a set of 2 microfiber towels, mint and argan lip balm (best I’ve ever tried), a walnut dish scrubber brush, the original free mrs meyers set, the glass bottle window cleaner set, wildflower tea towel, stoneware tray- ALL for free! I’ve spent a total of $98 and pretty much outfitted my whole house with cleaning supplies that are pretty, high quality and luxurious feeling. Great if you’re trying to use more natural and eco-friendly products. One of my favorite products are the cleaning gloves. They make washing dishes feel like less of a chore, and I bought another pair for cleaning bathrooms.. Also love the cleaning caddies- so cute and nice enough to not hide in the cabinets. I keep my kitchen stuff in the free one I got, bathroom stuff in the wildflower one I bought.
