I believe they are headquartered in Seattle. I’ve ordered many times from Zulily. I’ve found that on many things, the price is just as good elsewhere, but sometimes, the deals can’t be beaten. So, always price compare. Also, it seems to me a lot of the items are in stock and ready to ship, but others can take 6-8 weeks to ship. I ordered a bathing suit in late February that just shipped yesterday. However, I ordered another item at the same time and received it the same week I placed the order.
