Yes it’s does. I did it last night. I scanned the freshies on the Walgreens app to make sure (the app will show related coupons when you scan an item with it).
I bought 3 freshies and one aluminum free (only a $1 Ibotta rebate), to get the $1 Ibotta bonus, so the totally was still the same.

Yes, as long as you spend $25 before manufacturer’s coupons and after store coupons.

Go to the Walgreens gallery, search Secret. But offers do vary so you may or may not have it since you’re a new user.
Thank you H2S team, and above savers. I was able to get 2 deodorants and 2 wipes for free and a money maker. I got back $9.00 from Ibotta, $2.00 rewards from Walgreens, and another $5.00 reward for spending $20.00. I got $8.00 worth of fillers to offset the $8.00 mq (it was stuff I needed). They also gave me a Catalina q for another $5.00 if I spend $20.00.
