Kids Sail FREE on Royal Caribbean Cruises + 50% Off Second Guest
Is a cruise on your bucket list?
If so, through May 6th, head over to Royal Caribbean where the kiddos sail free on select sailings! Even better, you can also score 50% off a second guest AND up to a $300 onboard credit!
Plan a cruise with your partner or take the whole family by combining these deals!
Note that kids must be 12 and under and you can find included cruises here. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions for full details.
As just one idea, you could take a 5 night cruise to Havana and Cozumel for just $299 a person! Explore the capital of Cuba, watch the sun rise over the Atlantic, and tour cigar factories with this unforgettable cruise that leaves from Fort Lauderdale.
Anyone know what I do for a family of 5? Rooms only go up to 4. We have never cruised before 😬
Some have space for five. How old is everyone?
They have rooms that connect to each other. We have done that with odd numbers. I wouldn’t stress too much on the rooms. Go if the price is right.
We did this last summer you have to call to do a 5 person suite online you can only add 4 to a room
Amanda, a suggestion…..get 2 rooms….one inside cabin across from a balcony cabin. Inside rooms are cheaper. Just keep in mind you have to have an adult in the room. But as others suggest, they also have the capability to accommodate 5 in some rooms.
They have 6 person rooms. You need to call to find out more. There are minimal per ship
You have to call for pricing and rooms for 5. Website only handles to 4 people.
We are taking advantage of this in November! I am sooooo excited! Cruising is my favorite vacation.
Is it Kids Sail Free AND 50% off second guest?
Yes, Ashley! You can get your 2nd guest for 50% off if it’s just you and a friend/partner. Or if you’re going with the kiddos, you get the 2nd guest for 50% off AND kids sail free but note that it’s only select cruises that are offering the kids sail free promo.
I don’t see where they are both applied at checkout. Only the kids sail free promo and $25 off. I’m looking at the Cuba cruise mentioned in the post.
Same. No 50% off for second adult.
It may be easier to see the discount if you click “View Pricing by Guest” instead of the summary that it defaults too. When I click that on the Havana cruise, I see Guest 1 and 2 at $399 and the two kids (guests 3 and 4) at $320. At the bottom, it shows discounts and credits totaling $840 which would be both kids free (-$640) and half of one guest (-$200). The discount looks like it is just doing the kids with that wording Free Kids NRD, but it is applying both discounts. Hope this helps!
Yes that helps! Thank you!!
It’s very limited cruise choices
You can get a family
Inside, ocean view or balcony for up to 6 guests or do connecting rooms. If your kids are 12 or under , it would be best to do the family cabin.
I own a cruise agency. You can email at lolaeven@yahoo.com and I would be glad to help you plan your cruise vacation.
Wish there were more leaving from California.
I just emailed you And would love to chat today
They excluded all cruises near holidays. Bummer
Great deal! We have never cruised. My husband is deployed and wants to try a family cruise for the first time next year when he returns. It would be the two of us, 2 kids (5 & 12) and ideally we would like to offer to include their grandmom. If she wants to come, since it’s 3 adults, is 2 rooms the best idea?
Jackie, they do have some connecting rooms (like a connecting hotel room). Not sure what your budget is, but I know we’ve had connecting outside cabins. Most cruises have age-appropriate groups to have fun and connect with others their age. We’ve cruised Carnival with kids and loved it. The rest of our cruises have been kid-less!
If you go with two rooms, just be sure to not book one of the kids with grandma. In order for kids to sail free they must be guest 3/ 4 in a room. One child and one adult wouldn’t qualify for the free of booked together in a room. Also, grandma might think if she has a friend or relative that might like to go. Solo cruisers are charged more bc they are taking up a room that could have two in it. Often it’s best to book two adults in a room vs a solo cruiser. I hope all this makes sense. We absolutely love Royal and have cruised many times. Oasis class is amazing and our favorite of what we have been on.
Just an idea but Disney cruises have a military discount. I know still probably an arm and a left but just an idea.
We took advantage of this deal last Spring and went on our cruise just this past March! Had a great time and might look into it again!
Thanks H2S!!
Wow, that’s great to hear! Thanks for letting us know, B.K!
I am confused. I followed the links and chose one for kids sail free. Added 2 interior cabins. 1 adult and 2 children in each cabins. It takes off the loss discount but the total is 2300$. Thag can not be right. It isn’t like I am choosing a desired room with a balcony.
That
Havana? No thanks. If you only knew how oppressed the Cuban people are. So sad you are encouraging travel there.
I would think travel dollars spent there would be a good thing?
Travel dollars go to the government. And right now those dollars are going into supporting a murderer in Venezuela.
Murderer in Venezuela
