I did both codes and opted for shipping on the mini and it only came down to 30. Shipping the mini is 50 bucks. Local.pick up it is 30. Is that the issue? Thank you!!

It looks like on kroger.com, it starts at $29. But I cannot add promo codes. On ship.kroger.com it starts with $49 and you can enter the codes, but it still comes down to about $29 in the end. I am confused.
