Offer is only valid for people within 15 miles of an AMC. Theater. You have to change your zip code to one close to an AMC, save , then log out and back in. Worked for me.

Hi Debra! If you don’t have an AMC nearby, you may not spot it. Also, you can try checking on desktop versus mobile to see if that helps, if you are near an AMC.
I turned off AdBlockerPlus for the Coke rewards site and saw several new offers that weren’t there before.

Weird thing, received the email with the free popcorn and movie ticket but not the one for the free coke. Any idea how to get it? Also if you entered the free $2 amazon go two days ago check your account it should be there. It was a nice surprise
I got the coke, then an error message after entering all for the popcorn and no award. It shows I entered all 5 codes for the popcorn but no email. I am afraid to enter more codes for the ticket at this point.
I got totally screwed out of the previous Amazon gift card offer, the one before Easter. They say they have no history or evidence that I entered the promotion. Also claim it didn’t reach threshold. I’m sick of their shit!

They are giving you a load of BS. I entered codes for a $2 Amazon gift card on 4/23 and received it on 4/24. It definitely reached the threshold. If it hadn’t, the offer would still be there. The expiration was 5/28/19. I have a screenshot from 4/23 at 10:20pm CT showing that expiration date.
that was it, I got cooties on 4/19 and was somewhat delirious on cough syrup but I know it was right around Easter. I should have take a screen shot.
It was the $2 Amazon Giftcard that also included a GIVE code (just a free Coke code to give to a chartable school). I’m having the same issue… Keep contacting their so-called customer service.
You have to enter 20 total – 5 for coke, another 5 for the popcorn and 10 for the movie. I would enter another 5 if you only entered 5. I did all that and it shows as awarded under my account but never got the email with it for the drink.
I have entered 10 total codes, got the coke, got an error after entering the 10th code and NO POPCORN. Afraid to enter 10 more for the ticket. Emailed them and no reply as of yet.
Oh no, did you check the rewards awarded? You should check it (in the app) and then if it’s there check your email again. Mine had the popcorn and ticket and coke but never received the email for the coke one. Checked my junk mail and sure enough it was there. I figured that since I got the mail for the other two it shouldn’t go to junk but it did.

With this, I now have enough for four movies and 3 2/3 sets of snacks. I got all three parts on 1/14. I got a drink and black ticket on 12/24 and a popcorn on 12/25 from the Holiday Instant Win promo. I got a popcorn on 11/28 from the AMC Instant Win promo. I could have sworn I had a drink from the same promo. I also still have that $5 AMC gift card that Verizon gave out on 12/14. If I go on $5 Tuesday, I just have to pay the $0.50 in sales tax when I pay for the ticket with the gift card. The tickets and gift card don’t expire, and all of the snacks expire 6/30/20. That’s good because there is nothing that I want to see right now.

If I enter one code from a 12-pack carton does that count as 10 points or only one?
It only counts as 1, they no longer count as 10 points that has changed a while back.
Does it have to be coke codes or can it be Powerade or Fanta codes as well? I did this a couple of years ago and just used the popcorn and drink coupon this year. It was a great deal!
My bad. Re-read it again and it says Coke products. I mostly have Powerade codes.
Powerade is a Coke product. They make it and those codes should work!

Try searching coca cola free. It does brings up more than just the email I am trying to find, but it works for me. When you do find it, star it so you can find it more easily later.

For anyone who did this promo, put all 20 codes in, then didn’t get some portion of it (I got the drink but not the popcorn or the movie ticket on two of my family’s accounts), hang tight. I’m having an extensive conversation with their support team. And I’ve spoken up for those of us who aren’t getting things the site promises (now and in the past). I’ve also brought up the constant error messages we get when we do these types of promotions (ie., scanning a code and getting an error but refreshing the page and actually getting credit for that errored cap code). I’ll update if and when there’s a resolution!

I’ve been emailing with the company since the day this posted, and though I haven’t gotten an email to tell me the two rewards I was missing are there, I logged in this morning and they’re in the notifications!
Allison, thank you for the heads up, my daughter’s 2 missing rewards were finally posted. Of course she got no email either. I’m taking credit for this finally happening as I have hounded them daily.
In fact their butt probably hurt too much to sit after my call yesterday. I told them I was going to contact Let Joe Know on the local news and have them do a story on how they are cheating an Autistic Teenager out of her rewards, and not responding to her more than dozen calls and dozen emails effectively, as well as filing a fraud report with our state’s Attorney General office.

I’ve been emailing for weeks. It takes multiple days to get a response back, and it’s always a new person responding to me. My last email had “priority” in the subject line. I’m hoping they figured out the glitch and anyone missing a reward got one. Glad you got yours too! 🙂
