Now that’s one of the prettiest drinks I’ve ever seen!

Starbucks has added a popular seasonal refresher drink for the summer called the Dragon Refresher!

This refreshing drink is actually a spin-off from the drink they offered last year, which was the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher! This year, however, they decided to add coconut milk (YUM!) and serve it with a creamy spin.

This tropical-inspired pick-me-up beverage is crafted with a refreshing combination of sweet mango and dragonfruit flavors! It’s hand shaken with creamy coconut milk, ice and a scoop of real diced dragon fruit. It also contains caffeine and coconut!

Looks good! I’m guessing the grams of sugar in this drink will keep me from ordering.

Can they make these drinks sugar free with a substitute? Anyone ever had this done for them?

    • Mommyof71987

The only sugar free syrups they have are vanilla, mocha and dolce cinnamon. So I don’t think those will work.

I am guessing they could put Splenda packets in it but no I have never tried. Plus the dragon fruit it self probably has a ton of sugar in it.

    • Rachel

No, as the sugar is in the refresher base itself. The premade (boxed) refresher base has sugar as well as white grape juice concentrate.

I’ve had it with coconut and without both are delicious.

My kids like it without coconut.

It’s good with coconut milk and lemonade! This is my favorite drink. Just had one today. 🙂

    Why the caffine?
