I bought a shark 1.5 years ago. Since the last time you posted about how great their customer service was. It has changed for the worst. I do not know if a flood of people made false claims or overwhelmed them. But I recieved absolutely no help from them. 6 month after ordering a shark based off one of your deals the hose rubbed a hole in it by fault of design. I looked it up and sure enough many other people had the same issue. Customer service was fantastic and sent over a new hose (this was before the post). A few months later we discovered another hole in a smaller hose on the bottom of the vacuum that connected the bottom part to the top part. It was still sucking up, so we decided not to bother them with replacement. Less than 1.5 years later it just died. When I called they said my warrenty was still good, but my issue did not follow under the warrenty guidelines. They refused to help and the lady even hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I called back and I was told a supervisor would reach out in 2-4 hours. It has been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. My emails go unanswered as well. A vacuum that expensive should last much longer and have better quality parts than just under a year and a half.
