On May 18th, from 11AM – 4PM or while supplies last, head into a participating Walmart store where you can score a FREE Pokémon TCG promo card and a free POKÉMON Detective Pikachu movie poster during their Detective Pikachu Movie Event!

This is bogus. Took my kids to the Walmart in Springfield Or that it says is participating in this event, and they know nothing about it. My kids are so disappointed. Thanks for the lies.
Went to target last week and they had them but Walmart is stupid af and rude. They have no clue what’s going on
That’s interesting, I had the opposite happen to me. Target had no clue and nothing setup whereas the Walmart I went to did.

i called corporate office because neither of my local walmarts knew anything about it. Corporate confirmed they should have been giving out a promo card and a movie poster. I am waiting to hear back from the senior manager from my local walmart

Took my kid there, they weren’t doing anything and my Walmart was on the list of ones participating 🙁
Went to the New Milford, CT store They knew nothing about this event called 2 other stores got the same story Target did a better job!
We had a similar situation happen. I took my son 30 mins to the location labeled as participating, and there was a lady with a table set up near electronics and there was some Detective Pikachu merchandise on the table, but she said she worked for a third-party company and never received any of the promo stuff to giveaway. So disappointing.

Don’t waste your time at the Manteca Wal-Mart no one knew anything about the event asked 4 dif employees until I spoke to a manager which was rude as heck.
This f@$&ing ridiculous, I’ve been to 6 walmarts, they no nothing. Called corporate, they no nothing. Who do I have to talk to, to get this for my 2 kids???

The stores listed as participating don’t have the promotional items. We went to a participating location, and an older woman was there with a table full of Pokemon merchandise for sale, but she said the store never received the stuff to give away. Apparently that’s been happening at a lot of the locations that were supposed to be participating — not the fault of Hip2Save but Walmart’s fault for dropping the ball on this one.

did the event at target, it was nicely set up with no confusion. Walmart was a headache. nobody knew anything was going on after asking multiple employees. said they weren’t participating and I walked around myself to find the booth.
