I’m not sure if they are the same, but Wilton makes candy eyes, they would be found with the cake decorating supplies. Both Walmart & Michaels carry them.
These are actually kinda like toothpics with eyes on top, used to to help get food out of the compartments. There are a lot of other cute options out there too.
