Sour Patch Kids Ice Cream is Here
First it’s sour – then it’s sweet!
If you love the sour and sweet taste of Sour Patch Kids candy (and you also love ice cream!), this new sweet treat will be a match made in heaven for your tastebuds!
Made by Dreyer’s, this Sour Patch Kids Ice Cream 48oz carton can be found at Target and Walmart for under $4.
The Sour Patch Kids Ice Cream is a mix of lemon sorbet and vanilla light ice cream with a swirl of Redberry, which tastes like a liquid version of Sour Patch Kids. Plus, you’ll even find actual chunks of Sour Patch kids gummies!
You may also want to grab a pack of Sour Patch Kids Flavored Ice Pops recently released at Walmart stores and local grocery stores across across the country!
Pickle-Ice Freeze Pops are a thing & you can grab them here…
We bought this a few weeks ago because my son’s eyes lit up when he saw it. I couldn’t say no to his super excited face! He couldn’t wait to get home and show his brother and sister what he found. Well, they all got a small bowl full after dinner that night, and I threw away three bowls of melted ice cream. After a few days of them saying “no thanks” when I asked if they wanted ice cream, I threw the rest away. It sounded gross to me, I didn’t try any, but for kids (who LOVE SPKs!) to not like it, I imagine it doesn’t taste very good.
Thanks for letting us know! Your feedback is important – sorry your kiddos didn’t like it, Christine.
My kids had the same reaction! They didn’t like it even though they love sour patch kids
They carry at 7 Eleven in pints around me
We tried the SPK cereal and it’s not good. Going to pass on this
My kids thought this was gross. They love the candy version though.
Thanks for letting us know what they thought, Amy!
Sour patch loving kiddos over here too. My kids love the yogurt and popsicles, but I think we’ll pass on the ice cream based on your feedback guys. Thanks.
My daughter and I LOVE the ice cream. It’s refreshing and delightful.
My kiddos loved it, I don’t even like the candy, but it was okay.
I feel like it would taste better with a sorbet instead of the ice cream.
I think you are right, Pitzersss!
🤣. I hope my kids don’t even see this ice cream. I can just imagine it won’t taste good.
We tried this because everyone in our family loves sour patch candy. It was awful. Ended up down the sink and it’s not cheap.
Oh bummer! Sorry to hear about that, Stacy!
My kids and I all loved this, too! It’s all of the sourness of sour patch kids meets the creaminess of vanilla ice cream. The raspberry swirls in it have the same flavor as the red sour patch kids, and then there’s the added bonus of the pieces of candies. So yummy!
Oh yum! Thanks for the review, Heather! I haven’t tried it yet, but that does sound good!
I love sour patch kids and will devour ice cream like there’s no tomorrow, but my boyfriend brought this home and when I looked at it I didn’t even want to try it. He had a bowl and the rest went down the drain.
My teens finally wore me down and I bought them the SPK cereal. Generally, I say no to things that I know will be a total waste of my money. They love that cereal! I can’t believe they liked it. I doubt we will try this ice cream though.
