They have a good return policy. I bought a bunch of stuff on clearance and didn’t like half of the items ordered and was able to return everything without any problems.
Their packaging is also amazing. They hand wrap everything individually and shipping is super fast! Their jewelry is also 2 for $15.
Do they offer pre paid shipping for returns?
I always like to stop by my local Francesca’s to see what is new.
