They still haven’t given me the 500 points from the quiz. The points are listed in my account activity, but they haven’t actually been added.

I called, and they said there was a technical error with the quiz. The rep originally said it was subtracting 600 points from the people that took the quiz, but he later said it subtracted 100 points. It is supposed to be fixed by the 17th.
I was lucky. Nothing was ever subtracted from my account.
