Believe it or not my hallmark store has really awesome sundresses. I did a double take at the prices too. Like $30-ish. Love being able to save a little too. Hope they are not excluded. Ill find out tmrw.. thanks 🤗

I’ve never paid tax when Hallmark has free cards. I’m thinking the reason is your state.
