Parent’s Choice Infant Formula Recalled Due To Possible Metal Contamination
Perrigo Company, the makers of Parent’s Choice Infant Formula, are recalling 23,388 containers of Parent’s Choice Advantage Infant Formula Milk-Based Powder with Iron due to the possibility of metal in the formula. This formula is sold exclusively at Walmart.
To see if your formula is affected, you can look for Lot Code C26EVFV with a “use by” date of February 26, 2021, which can be found on the bottom of the package.
No adverse events have currently been reported, however if you have this formula you should discontinue use and return it to your local Walmart. For any additional questions, you can contact Perrigo Consumer Affairs at 866-629-6181.
