This cord-free vacuum was invented for hard floors and comes equipped with a soft roller cleaner head that removes large debris and fine dust simultaneously! I just bought one and I love it!
I bought this about 2 months ago and absolutely LOVE it! My house is mainly hardwood floors with a few area rugs and it works great on both! Great deal!
We have an old model from 7 years ago and it is going strong. I love it! Great deal!
I bought one of these last time they had this sale. I LOVE this vacuum! I have a small dog and four kids. It works for hard surfaces, area rugs, and carpet. It so light and sooo handy! I use it to vacuum out the car too!
I need a replacement battery. Any suggestions?
Hi Mrs. Felix, I just ran into the same problem with mine! I called Dyson, the number is on your vacuum cleaner. They are mailing me one complementary replacement battery in 7-10 days. The cost to replace it is around 100.00. I hope this helps as they were extremely helpful! I have only had mine for three months 🙁
When you use it for the floors always leave it on the normal setting. If you want to use the tools ( handheld use) run it on high for 6 min etc. and put it back to regular suction after. You can leave it on the charger it won‘t overcharge. There is also a 2 year warranty for cordless including the battery. I just want to mention that some people don‘t know when they press that button they change the run time and it stops after 6 min or so and they think the battery is not working. Make sure you leave it on regular setting.
Thank you! This is great information.
does anybody have any experience with buying household items on Ebay? For example, would the item be under ebay or Dyson warranty?
