Are you using the app? If you are on a desktop, you should see the offer during checkout under Deals and Offers, and there should be an “Apply” button right next to it. Hope this helps!

As the other posters stated, you will need to be on the mobile site or desktop as the terms and conditions state it will not work on the app. Hope this helps!
Did this today and OMG I will never do it again. First off, you’re supposed to be able to check in on the app when you get there, didn’t have that option. Second, I get in line with 1 person ahead of me and waited 30 minutes before I got my cart! The pickup line is next to the customer service line and the person working pickup was also working customer service. Totally not worth it

Horribly annoying! The worst part was the gentleman who was 4th in line was the only one who had used pickup before, he was the only one that had the option to check in on his app and he got his order first!

My experience with in store pick up at Sam’s hasn’t been great either. If you have anything that is kept cold, they don’t pull it, so when you arrive they have to grab someone to go back and get your cold items. So you end up waiting a lot longer than if you had just grabbed them yourself and used scan-and-go.
Is this offer for only first time Club pick up order? I’ve done Club pickup orders before before this offer. But never had the $15 off.
