Thank you so much for this post!! My mom has had her broken Echo sitting on the counter for 2 months, lol! As soon as I read your post I went to go get it, and it was gone! I fished it out of the bottom of the trash can – she finally threw it out last night, nick of time, lol! It doesn’t power on and it has a crack, but they still gave me a $5 credit. More importantly, that got me the 25% off – so she was able to get a new Echo for less than $30 and we saved the broken Echo from the landfill. Thanks!
