I have only used my slow cooker once since getting my instant pot. Pot roast takes only 90 minutes from start to finish and bbq chicken or pork take about an hour.
I use mine almost daily and it does sit on my kitchen island. It is kinda big and bulky sitting there but I really don’t have a choice! You can do sooooo much in a little amount of time. Yesterday, I had forgotten to take out a chicken breast to fix my hubby for lunch to take to work, and I was able to put in the cooker FROZEN and it cooked in less than 20 minutes. I did baked potatoes the other day and didn’t have to heat up my oven & house for an hour! It really is a time saver.
I found the instant pot 6qt ultra 10 in 1 at Jomar for $20 it was brand new. I love it!!
Wow! Great score! Thanks for sharing with us!
