I purchased two of the knife sets. We hand wash and dry our knives so I’m hoping rust won’t be an issue. The majority of the reviews were great. I bought a set for my dad for Christmas. Another Christmas closet item checked off!! (θ‿θ) Thanks hip2save.

I was going to order until I saw the reviews and noticed under the product details that it said “up to 400 degrees” so using the baking sheets for fries, etc. wouldn’t work. Maybe that’s why some of them bent?
I can’t figure out what the nonstick coating is? Is it ceramic? Does anyone have the bake ware and know? Thanks!
