No, you will need to use a coupon to get the $15 gift card. Target requires that you reach each category coupon threshold separately. You could do this and also buy an additional $40 worth of items to use your coupon on though.

The $40 coupon was sent if you signed up for target’s credit or debit card. The offer is expired.
Does anyone know of any other great deal scenarios for this? I just don’t happen to use most of those items. Just curious if anyone has done this deal and/or has any thoughts.
I normally stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, kleenexes and clorox wipes during these promos. It’s what I use and feel the gift card makes it a good deal. HTH!
