I just placed an order about 5 minutes ago. It automatically took an additional 20 percent off for all sale items because I am a reward member. Great deals!
It’s not doing that for me. At least it’s not showing up in the checkout that way. I logged out and logged back in, but no luck.
I wasn’t logged in when I was shopping initially. It prompted me to log in if I was a member. Once I logged in, the additional 20 percent off was automatically applied to all items. If you were logged in while shopping, the prices may have already reflected the additional 20 percent off. I’m not sure though. I was on my phone shopping and there was a banner on the top of the screen that said additional 20 percent off for rewards members

Big misleading item! I ordered within 10 minutes of receiving hip to save email. First I was told repeatedly that I needed to re-enter my credit card info which I repeatedly did. Finally got a confirmation. A few hours later order was cancelled due to “out of stock “. Waste of time. Unsubscribing from Hip to Save!!!
