The first time I inverted it was kind of weird, but then the second time, I knew what to expect. By the third time, I was looking forward to getting on my teeter. I have only had for a few days, but I am using 2 times a day for 5 minutes each. I know that only time will tell if it is really making a difference, but I feel better when I get done with my stretch. I have problems with my L4-L5 — narrowing due to arthritis. I am hoping with this I can avoid surgery. I am very pleased so far. I would recommend for sure! It is also very sturdy. My 6’3″ 242-pound husband is also using.

We LOVE ours….it’s worth it’s weight in gold! If you’re scared to invert 100%, you can set the machine for 80% or 60% and it is still just as effective.
