We have used this for characters to sign at Disney instead of the autograph book. Great memories and practical!!
I have had this for about 5 years and this book has the best recipe for pancakes and chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had! The baguettes are delicious too!
This is our favorite cookbook and my 11 year old makes recipes from this book by herself now. We have owned this cookbook for over 5 years. We love the French toast casserole, chocolate chip muffins, and many more!

Thanks! Such a great gift closet item!
Mine came with a 3 month free time subscription. I can’t use it since we already use free time, but might be a nice perk for someone!
Great score! Thanks for sharing!
It sure is! You’re welcome, Beth!
I just bought it for the gift closet, too! Great to have on hand for a last-minute birthday party gift. We have checked this out of the library before. My kid enjoyed it most when she was 4-5. I think the recipes are pretty basic for older kids, but great for the younger set to learn a few things and get them in the kitchen. “Rapunzel’s towering parfait” was a huge hit with my daughter.
My daughter loves Disney and wants to be a Chef someday! Perfect for Christmas! Thanks so much ❤️
Oh perfect! You’re welcome, Mrs. L! Hope she loves it!
My girls love this book because it is cute but the recipes are not good. They are all either bland like the soup or just plan horrible like the pancakes that have no flavor and are, well flat as a pancake. I don’t think anything we have tried from this book was something we would make a second time. We have several kids cookbooks and this one is my least favorite. If you want a good kids cook book the American Girl ones are great.
Oh bummer! Thanks so much for the honest review and recommendation. We sure appreciate it!
Good to know! Thanks for posting as I was wondering about the quality of the recipes.
We love love the meatloaf in this book!!! <3 so much flavor.
Yay! Glad to hear you enjoyed that one! Thanks a ton for the feedback!
Since I’d the recipes are really cute and I love that it gets the little ones even more excited about cooking with me. Also, we had a visit to Disneyland and we brought the cookbook and had the princesses sign on their recipes. Now it’s a memory from the trip and it brings the recipes and princesses to life for them. It was a fun idea, we also brought the 5 minute snuggle story book which has so many more characters to find and sign.
How neat! SO cool that you could get their signatures! Thanks a TON for commenting!
Ooooh I like this idea!
I was so bummed when I missed out on this deal when it was last offered. My Disney Princess loving daughter will love opening this on Christmas! Thanks 🙂
You are so welcome and you will have one happy girl!
Ordered one for the gift closet!
Great idea, Nicole K!
We just got this last month when it was this price. We haven’t made much yet, but the chocolate chip cookies were quite the hit with the fam!
That’s great to know, Jen! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so happy you’re enjoying the book!
This just arrived yesterday after ordering from this post. I’ve seen it posted before and thought I’d jump in this time. My 4 year old was delighted and hasn’t put the book down. She and big brother made apple dumplings last night and treated the family. Big brother already cooks quite well and enjoyed assisting her in looking at recipes to see which ingredients we already have at home. I’m pleased that many have basic ingredients, cook breads and pastries from scratch (not just a food hack of grocery store products), and even if they are “bland”, as several have noted in comments of several posts, it’s an easy remedy/a teachable moment that it’s ok to use a recipe as a skeleton for modifying yourself 😉
I was surprised at the variety and the various categories. I thought for the price it may be a book with a dozen or so recipes, but this has, I think it was, 50?!
Thanks for posting this deal!
Wow! That’s great to hear, Ashlie! Thanks so much for taking a moment to comment! Happy it has been a hit!
