Hi there! I did speak with customer service. Most items can be returned as long as the item does not list “Non Returnable” or “Final Sale”. I do see that some of these items are returnable as they list “Returnable within 45 days to a U.S. Nordstrom Rack store or by mail.” on their product page. Hope that helps!
