I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Children’s Place any time soon. I’m frustrated with them as I placed an order recently and received it on time but the items & packing slip were someone else’s order. Who knows where my items went. I messaged them and received no response so then I had to wait on hold for almost an hour. They’ve now credited me but I guess I need to go in the store if I want to use my reward. It seems like since they’ve been offering free shipping all the time they are unable to handle the large amount of orders they receive without messing things up. I kind of wish it had been another company that had purchased the Gymboree brand. I feel like they are going to cheapen it.
