This freebie does not require you to use a credit and may be available on multiple phones on the account (may vary by member).

My husband and i signed up last month and it only gave us one reward, so after i claimed mine, the reward on his account disappeared and was marked as claimed. 🙁

My husband and I both have the Verizon up app. We were both able to claim the $3 gift card.
Do you each pay your own bill? I mean is each phone separate? I just talked to Verizon to verify and they told me only one credit per bill.

Does anyone know if “using” the gift card would include adding it to my main gift card balance? Or do I have to use this $3 card before 10/31 or they’d take the $3 from whatever card I add it to?
Use it now then it will open a page to Starbucks and you can copy code and pin then scroll down and it asks for your Starbucks email login. Once you get there, you can transfer the balance to your primary card. It’s a few steps but doable!
Transferring the balance to another card counts as “using” it. So if you do the transfer, it won’t expire on 10/31 (or ever, I don’t think). I always transfer and then use whenever.

I just downloaded the app and enrolled in Verizon Up, but it says the account manager has to claim the reward. am I missing something?
The account manager is the person the account is under. For example, in my house, my husband is the primary as we started by signing up our household under his name. You can be added as a manager if the person who started the account calls and gives permission.
Thanks Jennifer, I understand that, but it sounded like everyone in the household could get there own account and would be eligible for a reward. Is that not the case?
