EXCELLENT kitchen gadget! It’s easy to handle (even for someone with arthritis) and has many uses. I use it for cutting homemade noodles, and it’s great for cutting cakes and brownies, too. I especially like having it marked in inches, which makes accurate cutting much easier. It IS dishwasher safe, but after a few washings, the markings started to fade, so I now wash mine by hand and it takes about 5 seconds. I’m very pleased with this purchase!
Excellent for scraping off counter-tops, flat top grills, and if you take a few minutes with a file and put a basic edge on it, good for chopping food on a metal flat top grill. It has a large comfortable handle and the blade is well secured in the handle. Excellent quality too!
