Kohl’s cash is a free perk for shopping at their store. Why would anyone give you $30 PP for a difference of $5 when you cannot even use % off coupons on Kohl’s cash so that person would already be out that amount….
I see those Kohl’s cash as money you spent in the beginning. Like spend $50 get $10 Kohl’s cash. It’s like cvs extrabucks. If an item costs $10 and you get $10 extrabucks, is the item free? No because you paid for it in the beginning. And it’s not my fault that Kohl’s take dollars off first then apply percentage coupons.
stated simply: Kohls cash HAS value, and it’s up to the traders to decide what that value is.
About the Worth-It Rewards–I didn’t think I had enough points for anything good, but I left some reviews and did some other free things and ended up getting a Target gift card right before the announcement that they were ending :).
