I’ve never done pickup at Sam’s. Do you go inside the store or is it like WalMart where you pull up in a certain parking spot?
Good question! It looks like it may vary by club. You could always call ahead to your location to be certain. Here is what they list in the details on how pick up may work at your store.
“What should I do when I get to the club?
Depending on the options available at your club, there are two ways you can check in:
Mobile check-in/Text to Check In
When you arrive, check in via mobile check in/ or text to check in and meet the Sam’s Club associate at the Club Pickup area. Your items will be ready for you when you arrive.
Drive-through pickup: (Available at select clubs)
If you have paid for your order online, pull into the drive-through area and check in using mobile check in or text to check in. A Sam’s Club associate will bring your items to you.
If you have selected to pay for your order at time of order pickup, the order will need to be paid for and picked up inside the club.
Curbside pickup: (Available at select clubs)
If you have paid for your order online, park in the designated curbside spots and check in using mobile check in or text to check in. A Sam’s Club associate will bring your items to you.

I’ve had the same problem multiple times trying to do this. I called my local store which said they can’t help and I should call corporate.

Has anyone bought the toilet paper? How does it compare to name brand?
I like the one pictured and is using it right now. Fluffy, but not as fluffy as Charmin ultra soft. And you can’t beat Sam’s price.
If you don’t mind even thinner toilet paper (but still thicker than those in public washrooms), I like the “POM” brand from Sam’s, sold in a huge box of 45 rolls also. When I compare the one pictured here, with the boxed POM brand toilet paper in store, both packages looks of the same height, width and lenghth.
Next time I will go back to POM brand, because somehow it last a big longer than the Members Mark.
I do not use Charmin at all. Too expensive and is not that much better than store brands. Some people swear by Charmin and is 100% loyal so if you can not stand trying anything differnt to save big money, then just stick to Charmin.
I was wanting to do this but my Sams isn’t doing it, I guess. It’s Oct 15th and says I have no deals. Bummer!
