Scent is extremely faint – nobody in our house could smell it (I tried two kitchen/baking-type scents that smelled very strong before burning – forgot the scent name). Unless you are only going for the lighting/ambience, I’d skip the Aldi soy candles!

Same here. I could hardly smell mine, and instead could smell the fumes from the candle. IKEA candles are the best. Your house smells so gorgeous
NO WAY! Which candle. I’m NEED my candles to be strong and I’m burning these in my open concept and they’re throwing perfectly! If u only tried one scent give them another try. Maybe there was a draft. I’m telling u, I swear by these.
Just left Aldi and grabbed 8 of them (wanted to leave some for other fellow aldi lovers). they have the BESTt smelling candle for the price. you can’t beat it. i buy multiples every season!

Don’t agree! I just bought a candle from Ikea and I can’t smell it in my home. I bought the Aldi pumpkin spice whipped cream candle and it is sooo strong that I had to blow it out. 2nd candle from Aldi that I had to throw out because I could not stand the strong scent,
Waste of money at Ikea! Bought several, lit one in the entryway, the best test spot for us and NOTHING!
I bought one from aldi that comes in a pumpkin shaped glass. My $3 IKEA candle smells so much better, like the whole house is just filled with the scent from the candle.
I have crisp weather burning and it’s a great strong scent.

Weather and went to two Aldis Looking for more. It would be a great Christmas candle. Strong good scent. Whole house smells great. I will be watching for them again.

I just bought pumpkin spice whipped cream and cozy weather from Aldi and both smell amazing and the throw is fantastic! I would absolutely compare them to Bath and Body Works candles and the price can’t be beat.

Thanks for posting this. I was skeptical because the last candle I bought from Aldi did not have any throw and all i could smell was fumes. But I purchased the “maple pumkin” candle and it smells delicious! I will be buying more if possible.

I love the Aldi pumpkin candles. My kitchen smells wonderful. I would definitely compare them to the bath and body works candles, but with a much lower price.
