Here is their response on maintaining the filters –
” All cord-free machines will have a filter or filters (depending on model) that will require cleaning. You would remove the filter monthly – and wash with cold water only and let 100% air dry before putting back in the machine typically 24-48 hours. ”

On the website it says this model is designed for hard floors. Does this mean it will not work for carpet too?

Hi! I actually did an online chat earlier and asked about using it on carpet. The representative said “ The Fluffy comes only with the soft roller cleanerhead, not the standard direct drive cleanerhead made for carpeting.” and “ The other machines would all come with the standard cleanerhead, with the Absolute including both rollers.”
Thank you for doing that Stacy and I see you are right. Even though it says engineered for carpets & hardwood, this one only comes with the soft roller for hard floors. I just updated the details!
