If you’re a My Best Buy Rewards Member, check your inbox as you may have received a Mystery Reward worth from $5 – $5,000 – valid in-store only!
The email will be titled “You’ve got a Mystery Reward to reveal.” and will be coming from the address “mybestbuyinfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com“.
In order to redeem you Mystery Reward, print your certificate and head into your local Best Buy store by 11/6. Then simply ask a store associate to scan it and reveal the value. If your certificate is valued at $5 to $500, you may redeem it immediately at participating Best Buy stores.
If your certificate is valued at 250,000 My Best Buy Points (=$5,000 in My Best Buy certificates), you will need to call the toll-free number indicated on your receipt by 11/13.
Redeem your certificate in a single transaction with a total purchase price equal to or greater than the value of the certificate.
