No, I did this deal twice the other day.
I got this deal two days ago because you guys posted the first part of the deal but then a reader commented to let everyone know about the gift card and $2 off coupons. Target just pulled the 15% off offer and have marked it as expired regardless if you already had the offer added to your Target Circle account. Target has been doing this alot lately especially with their high value offers like the one on the makeup from the other day.
