No one doll for that price. The two is for “series 2”
These are still 15.99 in store (I’m not sure where Target got the 9.99, bc last week they were 15.99 on the site too.). An even better steal!
FYI, Amazon has a limit of 3 for this hairgoals product. I had to buy it from Target because I needed 10 for party favors for daughter’s birthday party. Used my Redcard to get 5% off, 2 day shipping, so same as Amazon, but without the quantity limit. 😉
