The $10 off digital coupon couldn’t apply. So I just placed the order and ask the amazon customer rep. help me to adjust. But he said no to me. He said I can’t use two promotions at the same order. But I did use that before (same deal post from hip2save.) So anybody help me how to explain to him. or any order number you can share with me. I can ask him to look it up to proof any of you did that.

I would try a different customer rep. Some of them are way more knowledgeable than others…
We had this and a year later it stopped charging correctly. It would turn off randomly in the middle of the night. A regular night light is more reliable.
