I think it was ulta that had the Clinique mascara half off one day in December. They will probably come out with a deal a day calendar.
My customer service experience with Lord & Taylor was horrible! I ordered 3 Lancome mascaras but no gift other than a makeup bag—there was no message that they were out of stock, it just came that way. First strike.
I called to ask about the situation, was told they were out and I could return the items. The return slip they sent via email was an “in store” return despite my telling them I was shipping them back. I live in Kentucky and the nearest store is in Michigan. Second strike.
I call back to get a mailing label, ship all items back in the original box, and receive an acknowledgement that they received all items. My credit card was finally credited for only one of four items. Strike three, and they’re definitely out in my book.
