When I spoke with Best Buy they said main difference between Nike and other models is the band and the Nike app that comes along with it. As far as models goes just a different processing systems a little upgraded with each models. The cellular will allow calling when not in range with your phone But requires a line added like an extension to your number Verizon charges $10 a month the gps allows calling if you are in Bluetooth range to your phone.
