Mine did not work right away either, but I tried it a few times and eventually it took. Not sure if it makes a difference but I added the PLAY code after it accepted the shipping one.

How long did it take to get the email after signing up?
Mine came instantly. It never showed up to another email address I entered. I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten Disney emails to that account before. If it doesn’t come right away that’s something to consider.

Thank you for this post. I was able to use all three codes PLAY, JOLLYDRVC and the free shipping code. The free shipping code also did not take the first time but after a few attempts it worked :). I purchased 2 Buzz Lightyears for my sons and paid a total of $34.64 for both. Christmas is only a little over a month away :/. I’m not ready but I check this website frequently for good deals :).
