If you choose “same day order pick-up”, do you have to pick up the same day or will they hold it for you? How long will they hold for you before they cancel the order?
I ordered today and my last day for pick up is Friday. But in the email confirmation your able to extend pick up. Now I’m able to pick up my order on Monday.
I believe the hold is for 24-36 hrs. I have cut it close and they sent an email with an offer to extend the pickup window.

Yes it is. It clumps well and masks odors. It’s our first choice. I’ve had cats for 22 years. 3 at a time. This is really an great deal!
