I’m trying to find out how many rebates we can get and I can’t find it. Do you know if you could submit more than one?
It does say “limit one rebate per household” on the rebate form.
I read over the rebate and it says limit 1 rebate per household and 1 rebate per product. My question is can I buy 2 different knife sets and get a rebate for boh of them?
If you look at the list. It looks like only one item per item line. So the cutlery sets are all listed on the same line by one checkbox. I think you can only pick one of them.

When I click on the $14 rebate link listed under the product it states that the rebate is for select Cooks brand cookware. However, when I manually searched for the rebate I got this:
“Get a $20 JCPenney Visa Prepaid Card with Purchase of CUISINART 12PC OR FARBERWARE 15 PC SS CUTLERY SET at JCPenney or jcpenney.com
Purchase Dates: 11/21/2019 – 12/04/2019”
This would make them better than free after the coupon code. Did this happen to anyone else?

If you click on the rebate link through the JCPenney site it is the Cooks cookware listed. The only Cuisinart 12 piece cutlery rebate listed on their site (for me, anyways!) is the $20 one. 🙂

I did that online too since I did not find for my Pearliazed 11pc, I got a confirmation but got no where. I chat with Rebate CS he said it’s not qualified under that catagory (yes I knew)

If you click on the rebate link through the JCPenney site it is the Cooks cookware listed. The only Cuisinart 12 piece cutlery rebate listed on their site (for me, anyways!) is the $20 one. 🙂
It looks like the Cuisinart 12 PC $20 rebate if for SS, which leads me to believe Stainless Steel…
The SS is referring to the Farberware set. When I search through the rebates on their site there is no $14 rebate for the Cuisinart knives, just the $20 one.

The JC Penney site has incorrect links for some items in their inventory. The knife set links go to the rebate for the Cooks stainless steel electric kettle. No wonder it’s confusing!
The link is correct. Just keep clicking through and you will see the knives listed as the last item on the bottom

hi. I bought this knife set after seeing the deal. I applied JINGLE19 coupon as suggested by Jessica above. I was about to send the rebate form to center but after reading this comment , I got confused. Should we go for submitting the form, will that still be accepted if we have applied the JINGLE19 coupon code to bring down the price? Please advise …I am running out of time for submitting the form. On the webpage for the item when ordering, it does seem as though the knives are not included in the rebate, but when you either bring up the link to the printable rebate posted by hip2save or if you go to the rebate page through the link, you can see that the knife sets are listed for the $14 rebate and you can even compare which online item numbers are eligible.

Anyone have a Cuisinart Cutlery Cutting Board 11-Piece Set Rebate Form? I talked online/chat with CS, he said it’s expire and no longer able to provide any form (oh really). It’s still listed in the Rebate Center. I bought the The Cuisinart Pearlized Knife Set and there was a Rebate ad under the item, 12/2/2019 online. Called CS just got the automatic response, no where to talk to any person.

I bought these and recieved them a few days ago. The upc numbers on the box of knives do not match any of the the numbers listed on the rebate form…..can I till submit for the $14????
My UPC number on the box did not match the item number on the rebate form because I think that is an online code, but I submitted it and just got email conformation that it is processing today. I bought the 12 knife set in classic black

I purchased the black ones and I received my rebate visa last week. I checked my photos for receipt and I had used the jungle.. coupon code.
I bought the colored knife set and just got an email that the UPC was invalid, no mention of the coupon code. I sent an email saying it was for the knife set and listed the item number from the rebate form. Hope that works because I doubt I can return them in store with a missing UPC!

I got an email that says “I am sorry that your rebate was not approved. Your rebate request is has not been processed because the UPC barcode label that we received does not qualify for the promotion. I apologize, we do need to follow the guidelines of the promotion. ”
Which really doesn’t help, he item number matches what’s on the form. If anyone knows how else to contact them I’d appreciate knowing.
You can try calling 855-263-0173 which is their rebate customer service. Hopefully, you can talk to someone there and get it straightened out.

Thank you I will try that. I emailed again and they still say by UPC is invalid but I know it is the one from the colored knives. I even looked it up in a UPC database to make sure I had sent the correct thing.

So apparently the colored knives set isn’t one of the approved UPC numbers. Got the invalid UPC code message and when I saw the form a sidekick posted on here, sure enough it doesn’t match the listed numbers. Anyone have success with still getting a rebate?

I got the same message and never received my rebate. I contacted jcpenney and the rebate center and they refused to budge on my rebate status. They were extremely rude and kept telling me that I bought the wrong items, even though the item numbers that I purchased were exactly the ones on the rebate form. Worst rebate experience of my life. At least I submitted my rebate online so I can take my items back to the store with my UPC code intact. This deal was definitely a scam. Looks like the company did not want to give out their money for this promotion. They will be getting an extremely nasty bbb review from me very soon here. I hope hip2save doesn’t post these jcpenney rebate deals in the future!
Yes the whole bar code does not match, but It did offer the rebate even with Jingle code. I already received the rebate $14 visa card last week.
