Be careful with this deal. Some things I ordered ended up being out of stock and Target didn’t honor the $50 off $100 coupon. I was supposed to be $106 but was charged $135 because the missing items dropped me below the $100 threshold.

Not yet. I chatted with Shipt and they said I had to go through Target. I chatted with Target three times. The first two randomly disconnected the chats and the last one finally told me there is a dedicated team at Target who handle issues with Shipt. They’re not in the office until tomorrow morning so I have to wait. If I don’t get the discount though, I will return the entire order, yes.
Good for you ! While its a giant pain in the butt, it would be the principle with me. Sometimes these deals have an item i dont want and/or need but by getting it, my order total goes down. If i end up paying more then i lost interest. Whether or not we have the same reason for returning, I agree with you in returning the items. Now target will have lost out on $106. Their fault if they dont honor it.
It’s worth it to me to return it. I basically paid full price for the oven/fryer and got some Christmas stuff for “free.” It’s hardly a good deal now. I will absolutely return these items if I don’t get my money back. Also my shopper told me about three items being out of stock but cancelled six items and made two substitutions without checking in with me. I absolutely always click the “text me so I can help find a suitable substitute” option so I don’t know what was going on there. All in all I am incredibly disappointed in my experience.
I know this promo is over now but fyi I have been trying to get this issue handled since last night. Shipt and Target keep telling me it’s the other company’s fault and I’ll have to take it up with them. Super, super unimpressed.
Finally! Target fixed it so that I was charged 50% off the price of each holiday item that was in stock. It took a while to get to the right department but once there it was a quick and easy fix.
Well my order got totally messed up because they didn’t have the birch trees that I wanted. However, I had a great shipt shopper! She substituted a two pack of lighted trees that was $77 on sale from $110.
She then found items to add up to exactly $100 so that my final price was almost exactly what I had in my original order. in the end I had a completely different order but I think it will be good. I’m going to keep the trees and return the random things.
I also had towels in my order to meet the threshold for the shipt discount. Overall I’m very happy with how things
my issue now is I have to tip her because she went out of her way for me. So I’m spending a little more then I would have otherwise but I did get that $20 discount so it’s all good.
