I recently made two purchases from Carters. One a few weeks prior to Thanksgiving and another on Black Friday for Xmas items. My purchase made prior to Thanksgiving came 4 days AFTER Thanksgiving. My items ordered from Black Friday stated they shipped and then whenever I tracked them it kept stating “Pre Shipment, Not yet Received by USPS.” I called Carters directly and they told me they are extremely backed up with shipping and my item was never sent. They tried to expedite my order to me only to find my items were out of stock. If you are hoping to get your items for the holidays, I would be careful to order from Carters.
I agree! I am still waiting on my order from Black Friday. I received an email stating they were backed up with no estimated arrival date. Wishing they would compensate for this if it doesn’t come in before Christmas.
Oh no!! I feel like this might happen with everything I ordered from Vera Bradley ordered over a week ago and nothing yet about shipping
