Just FYI, EXTREMELY slow shipping, I placed an order where everything was in stock on December 1st, it finally shipped on the 8th, and isn’t expected until sometime next week! Showing the 18th or 19th. Love Disney stuff, but very disappointed.

I agree with the slow shipping and poor customer service. Had such a hard time with Disney this year. I’d like to get some Lilo & Stitch items for my son, but after my last experience, I’m giving them a miss.

I am having issues with them as well. I placed an online order and got the submitted or thank you screen, I cant remember what it said, but it didnt have a confirmation number. And then capital one sent me a notice that they approved the charge (because I have cc alerts set up). When I went back in to get my confirmation number there doesnt show an order anywhere.
I searched for a customer service number to call and can’t find one. The chat function is always down. So I sent an email a week ago and still have heard nothing. It is so bizzare!!

I’ve had a horrible time with them the last 2 years as well. My order from Dec. 1 has still not shipped. Last year I ordered a Dooney (not cheap!). They charged me, held onto my money for weeks, then cancelled the order saying it was out of stock. I won’t be buying from them again.
