I don’t know if anyone has the problems I do with Walgreens and their digital coupons but every time I load one of their coupons and try to use it the cashier claims it’s not there. I know how to load coupons on my account. I hardly shop at Walgreens and now I will not shop there anymore. I don’t know what the problem is but I don’t think the cashier is doing it right.

Sue, I had an a session to Walgreens at one point because if incompetent staff. Had to move across my state and fell back in live with my Walgreens. My Walgreens manager and all the cashiers I have dealt with since have been great. I’d talk to management. I do know only one time for me that there was a computer glitch..it got fixed as they were trying to run it through, but they were willing to give me the coupon savings even before the glitch was fixed.

I had the same issue where digital coupons I loaded weren’t coming off so I stopped shopping there for about 5 months. I went last week to try it out and I had several coupons that I had clipped work. So I don’t know if there was an issue with my account that worked itself out? I find it hard to shop at Walgreens sometimes cause of constant issues

I had that problem with digital coupons not coming off, too. Last week the $6/4 Secret did not work for me. The first time i let the transaction go thru and paid $6 more than I should have. I called Customer Service and they told me there was nothing they could do except give me 6000 points. I really didn’t want points, I wanted my $6. I tried it the next day to see if the glitch was fixed, and their registers still said “No digital coupons found.” I told my cashier about it, who called a manager who said there was nothing they could do. So I called customer service again and talked to someone else, who told me there was nothing they could do except give 6000 point, which, she told me, “Most people would rather have the points than money.” What?!? I’m kinda over their system tricking me out of money. I wonder how many people got scammed last week by this glitch.

I truly think there was a glitch or something cause this went on for a few weeks where none of my digitals were coming off so I gave up. I only been back once and my coupons worked so I’m hoping that it’s all good now

@sue- if you load them while in store (like within 10 minutes of checking out), they aren’t loaded in the system (even though they show they’re on your card)…. however I have had issues with digital coupons (only sometimes though- no clue what it is)….. usually they will “push it through” by deducting the value or give me points (after showing them my card and loaded coupons on my phone)… alternatively a couple of times they’ve voided and rerung the transaction and then the coupon(s) come through! It seems coupons best come through when my card is scanned FIRST…l have no idea why though

I bought two bottles of the Finest Vitamins at BOGOF and tried Walgreens store coupon that is $2/2. It took $1 off, so worth a try if you don’t want 4 bottles.

I love my Walgreens I Clíp coupons and they work ! Just bought 4 pizzas digiornio and 2 tressemme and 1 persil and La girl nail set $6 on sale for $3.09 and 1 avenoo gift set reg $10 on sale for $5.09 I Clíp 4 of tresseme 2 of persil and $5 of digiornio pizza I used 10 in points 2 5 rr last week and 2 rr 2.25 that I got from buying Godiva paid $1.06 cash and got 2 rr for buying pizza digiornio- if you all buy 2 diggiornio pizzas you get $1 rr but if you buy 4 you get $2 rr there is coupons 1.50 off each Good luck and when my coupons don’t come off- I call customer service or talk to manager and they give it to me in points — rather have points because I can buy anything at their store
