Walmart’s Free “Ship to Store” Option Now Includes FedEx Office Locations

Pick up your Walmart order without going to Walmart!

Did you know that Walmart’s free Ship to Store option now allows you to select a FedEx Office as your pickup location? Not all FedEx Office locations are participating in the pickup program at this time, but if this option is available in your area, nearby pickup points will be shown during checkout based on your ZIP Code.

This would be a helpful option for anyone who doesn’t meet Walmart’s $35 free shipping threshold and finds it easier to get to a FedEx Office to pick up their order. Many people may also prefer the security of having their order of $35 or more shipped to a location other than their front porch.

To be eligible for FedEx Office pickup, your pickup items must be sold by Walmart (not marketplace sellers) and meet FedEx size and weight requirements. FedEx Office pickup points will only be shown at checkout when all of your pickup items can be picked up at FedEx.

Pickup at a FedEx Office is always free, and most items will be available for pickup within 2-3 days from the time an order was placed. The estimated delivery date will be provided at check out, and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can also opt into text alerts to get pickup notifications.

To complete the pickup process, simply visit your FedEx Office location and bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your FedEx tracking number(s). FedEx will hold your Walmart pickup order for one week.
